In the southern part of Norway, the largest underwater restaurant is nearly finished. The phenomenal restaurant named ‘Under’ is designed by the famous architectural firm Snøhetta. A thick rectangular shape structure made out of concrete is half-sunken into the sea. The total area of the restaurant is about 500 square meters and can accommodate 100 guests. The estimated cost of this project is 50 million Norwegian krone.

A report says that the construction of this spectacular place is crucial, they conducted an analysis to assure the security of the guests. This 2,500-ton structure has the capability to deal with intense occurrences like big waves. According to the senior architect, people should visit the restaurant during rough weather because the dramatic view of the strong waves can astound people in a fascinating way. Starting April 2019, the restaurant will open for reservation.
