A special show about Osamu Tezuka’s art is shown at the Osamu Tezuka Manga Museum in Hyogo Prefecture. Tezuka was well-known for his work Astro Boy that became famous in France and other Western countries. The event is called Osamu Tezuka – Manga no Kamisama or Osamu Tezuka – God of Manga in English. It has five parts that display the changes in Tezuka’s art style about Japan’s society. The exhibition started on November 3, 2018 but is closed from December to March 2019.
