Japanese billionaire Yusaku Maezawa is looking for eight people to join him on the world’s first-ever private commercial space flight. The project called “dearMoon” is a lunar tourism mission and art project. It was announced in 2018 and is set to take off in 2023. Maezawa will pay for all the expenses of the passengers who will ride Elon Musk’s SpaceX Starship and Super Heavy Rocket. He only has two qualifications for the aspiring applicants: first, they need to advance in their chosen fields to help society, and second, to help fellow crew members in achieving their common goals.
