Having multiple jobs or kakemochi is a practice of a single worker handling two or more jobs at the same time. It has become increasingly common in Japan as others juggle into several job positions. Even though it is hard for individuals with multiple jobs to balance their work and life, they still do it for additional income. Embracing the notion that trusting employees and wholeheartedly letting them hold other jobs will improve their abilities and outlook – therefore leading to a corporate growth.
