Elderly cigarette smokers are able to stop smoking using electronic cigarettes or e-cigarettes. An e-cigarette is a devise used to consume tobacco in a safer way. It uses gas from heated water instead of smoke from burning. E-cigarettes have less harmful contents. Elderly smokers say that they are better than regular cigarettes. However, further studies are needed to prove that electronic cigarettes are a good choice.
