The European Union (EU) and Japan agreed to sign a free trade contract. The purpose of this deal is to remove tariffs nearly on all goods. According to the report, the agreement covers more than 600 million people. Charging taxes on the country’s goods and services is one of the hindrances of international trade.

Cheese and wine are two of the main products of the EU that can be traded without taxes. Japanese automakers and electronics companies can also transact business freely. The total amount of the trade that the EU and Japan have last year is 152 billion dollars of goods.
