US Department of Agriculture (USDA) shows that 97% of people practice poor-hand washing and only 5% of people are doing it correctly. Proper hand-washing before and after eating prevents bacteria from spreading and contaminating food.

Another research found that 49 out of 100 towels were tested and numerous bacteria were found in the human body. “You can’t see, smell or feel bacteria,” said Carmen Rottenberg, Deputy Secretary of USDA. Proper hand-washing can be done by using an antibacterial soap, clean water and a dry towel.
