A sedentary lifestyle aggravates the risk of stroke and other diseases such as cardiac arrest and diabetes. A study finds that the age of people who are vulnerable to get the disease dropped from 40s to 30s. Around 14% and 21% of people suffer from diabetes and high blood pressure while 18% of stroke patients are 40 years old below. Erratic eating habits, lack of sleep and exercise, and indulging in too much work also increase the risk of getting a disease.

Exposure to smartphones and computer screens for hours also adds to one’s sedentary lifestyle. Doctors advised people who hit the age of 30 to exercise, eat right, and meditate. Additionally, a hobby that involves physical activity like gardening alleviates the risk of diseases.
