Facebook will remove its ad-targeting options to avoid any discriminatory advertisements. Some users think that other information are sensitive and prejudice. This means that more than 5,000 ad-targeting options will be taken out by the social site. The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) accused that Facebook is breaking the law by letting the advertisers treat their potential buyers unfairly.
Facebook is now requiring its U.S advertisers to submit a certification to confirm that they accepted the new policy.
