A new study found that a green view outside your window can make you feel less hungry. A group of researchers from the University of Plymouth in the UK held a survey of 149 adults aged 21 to 65 years old. The team asked the people about their nature trips and unhealthy food cravings. The green views in each participant’s community were also added in the study. It was discovered that people who visit parks or gardens at all times were less likely to get hungry.
