The Japanese and Chinese governments planned to increase the number of flights next year, particularly in Shanghai and Japan. This plan will put up the progress of the departure areas at various airports in Japan, specifically the cities of Nagoya, Narita, and Fukuoka. This is because of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics that are expected to happen in summer 2020. By doing so, traffic jams would be lessened and security service could be upgraded. In addition to that, the Japanese organization and other authorities mentioned that it could also help the facilities of air-services and improve safety maintenance.

Last October, Narita airlines carried a high record of transportation in Chinese airports. Both countries, Japan and China, agreed to the proposal so that Japanese airports can achieve fewer limitations on flight exchange in Shanghai and Beijing. This project will go on next year through the agreement of Japan and China and resolve the plan in spring 2020.
